Question

The page you are trying to access is not valid. Error on first attempt in Adobe Sign Mobile App

While in the Adobe Sign Mobile Application,

and select "Send for Signature"

and select "Documents"

and select a template from my Document Library

and enter my recipients email address

and enter a message

When I click "Send" in upper right corner to edit my template

I recieve an error saying "The page you are trying to access is not valid"

This typically occurs on me and my teams first attempt and subsequent attempts appear to work.

Is anyone noticing the same error? Can anyone help please?

This is also happening to us. It happened to us during the trial version and the tech who helped us out told us it was an issue on their end and that they had fixed it. It went away for a bit but it seems that it's back now. Did you ever find a solution?

Hi defaultkhe86hkie7s3,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Could you please share the Acrobat Sign mobile application version? And the OS version on the device.

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot of the error message and screen recording of the workflow.

It will help us to further investigate this issue.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello Meenakshi,

Thanks for responding! Sure thing. iPad (9th Gen, model number MK663LL/A) is running OS 15.4.1 and Acrobat Sign is Version 3.26.1(20220629.164155). I've uploaded a screen recording of the process that creates the issue. Again, this typically happens on the "first" time, and afterwards it will work as expected.
