The 'Sign" part of Fill and Sign Not working

I have a Mac. I am trying to sign work documents via Adobe Pro. I've done this for 3 years but today All I am getting is a spinning wheel. Everything else seems to work. 

 

I've tried the following

1. restarting computer

2. KeyChain Access: Clicked trust all certificates

3. Searhing for help. 

 

If you have advice or can steer me to someone who solved this issue, It would be much appreciated.
