Trying to download completed form from email get "save a blank copy of this form" popup

For about the last month when I try to download a completed form from my email it opens in Acrobat Reader and when I click on save as I get the pop-up below. Anyone know why this has started happening and how to fix it?

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you receive the message when trying to save a copy of a filled form, it seems there is some security added to the form when it was created. In that case, nothing much can be done.

Please check if you experience any issues with other forms.
