unable to deliver the document to a valid email address

Recipient has a valid email address but esign cannot deliver. Have verified with the recipient and tried a test email which works.

Was this issue resolved for you? I'm having a similar one - but not receiving any error messages. The emails simply aren't showing up in the recipient's email inbox, but Adobe Cloud is telling me that they were sent.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have mentioned above, the document comes back as undeliverable. Could you please confirm if you receive the undeliverable email or some message?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot for the same?

Did you experience this behavior with a particular document or sending the document to a particular recipient?

Please provide more information so we can look into this.

I am getting the same issue ...  email address is valid and working but esign is either saying sent and then sending an undelivered message or saying email address in invalid

I am having the same issue as well and email addresses correct.

Hello Tuuli,

Are you still getting the error? If yes, then can you inbox me the document details:

-Sender's email.

-Signer's email.

-Name of document.

-Date sent.
