Good morning,
I hope this email finds you well. I am sending a contract to a beneficiary and they received the email and when they sign the documnet they cannot preview the signature and it will not allow them sign the document. Can you please advise why the signature is not showing?

Could you please confirm how you are sending the document for signature? Have you added any authentication methods to the document? In the screenshot, the user seems to be trying to add some authentication password.
Also, let us know how the signer is trying to sign the document. Would it be possible to get the screen recording of the complete workflow signer uses to sign the document?
