I've been sent Adobe Sign for years and it was super easy to click from the Adobe email to my document, click the highlighted 'Sign Here' with arrow, submit and be done. Now I have 3 documents pending for almost 10 days that don't work. I click from the email as I've always done, but all I get is presented with the document with no ability to sign. I can see the originator (HR/CEO) has signed but there is no ability for me to sign. No highlighted arrow pointing to the place in the doc where I need to sign and if I scroll down to the signature line, there is no field to click to sign. My HR rep has already called Adobe and they tell her she's correctly sent the request through to me - now how do I sign?!?
