Uploaded wrong signed document signed outside Adobe Sign

This morning I was asked to submit a document for signature through Contract Pod but had all the approvals through Adobe Sign. I mistakenly uploaded wrong file (unsigned document), by using the upload signed document feature within the History tab in Adobe Sign. How do I fix this?
