Uploading a fillable document to Adobe Sign

I have a fillable document with some fields that have been pre-filled. Can I load this document to Adobe Sign for signature?  I want to keep the fillable option active while the document is being sent to the recepient..

    Hi,

    Thank you for your revert. 

     

    As far as I know, the form will take embedded javascript. I am sure about this functionality will work with Adobe Sign App.
