Users Blocked - Malicious Link - Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)

We just started using the Adobe Sign and used the Mega Sign feature. After getting about 150 successful completions we started getting reports from users who said their link was getting flagged by our Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection and displaying an alert that the website has been classified as malicious.

Has anybody else experienced this or know how to resolve?
