Using multiple templates in the same email

I am trying to send multiple templates that I've created in one single email. For example, I need to send the same type of contract to a client that has multiple locations. I can add the same template document twice for signature. The problem is that the fields from the first document are being copied to the second. If I change them in the second document, it reflects in the first document and vice versa.

Am I missing an option???

of course in some cases you may want the fields to be dupes.
