Hello!
I'm currently evaluating Adobe Sign via the one-week trial. I'm encountering an issue where the certificate that Adobe Sign uses to sign the documents and audit report is not trusted by Adobe Reader DC. This prevents seamless verification when sending the signed document to other people when opening in Adobe Reader or other Adobe products. I don't have this issue with Docusign (Docusign's certificate is in the AATL list, but apparently Adobe's own certificate is not). Is anyone else having this issue? And can the certificate be added to the AATL list by Adobe please?
Screenshot is attached.
Thanks in advance, and have a great day!

Hi there,
As you have mentioned, the signature added in Adobe Sign document is not trusted in the Reader DC application.
Would you mind sharing any sample document with us? We would like to check it on our end. You can share the document with us using the steps provided here https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161
Also, please let us know how exactly the digital signature added to the document. Share the steps you do.
We will be waiting for you response.
Regards,
Meenakshi

I did an uninstall/reinstall and that apparently fixed it oddly. Thanks again!
