What is the difference between Document Cloud eSign services and Send for Signature? Or are they the one in the same?

My company currently has licenses for Adobe DC and are signed up for Document Cloud services. We would like to add eSign services to our plan and we noticed the Send for Signature service. My question is, what is the difference between eSign services and Send for Signature or are they both the same? Also I noticed that the price for SfS had jumped up to $9.99/month from $1.99/month. Can anyone explain why the huge increase in price. Any information you may have is greatly appreciated.

You can either use eSign services or purchase subscription for Send for Signature as well.
