When I send a Document to be signed and when it comes back signed, both emails go directly to my trash. Why don't they show up in my Inbox?

When I send a document to be signed, the confirmation email comes up in my Trash rather than my Inbox.  Same thing when the document is signed and sent back to me, the email goes directly to my Trash and not Inbox.  Why, and how do I fix this?

    Hello Albert,

    It seems to be an issue with your mail box which you are using. I would recommend to safelist "echosign@echosign.com" and then they would be coming directly to your Inbox. If the issue still persists, I would recommend to contact your Internal IT Department.
