Where can I find the document I have signed?

I'm helping a close friend, that is not so clever in English. He got a new job, and the boss sent him a document to sign. He signed it, but wonder now where he can find the signed document, or a copy.

He is in a conflict with the other part, and can therefore not ask him about where the signed document is. In the e-mail he got, he was told: "...all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email". He has probably not received such an e-mail. If the PDF was sent him, what was the senders e-mail address?

How can he ask somebody in Adobe to send him the signed document ones more? May be it is lost in the spam folder?

I hope somebody can help us. Because of this he has not got his salary for two months, and is in a very difficult situation.

    Depending upon how the sender has his account figured, your friend will not ever have been sent a document signed by everyone. Moreover, they probably will  not be able to get a copy of the signed document without asking the originator of the document.

    Ok, but how does the "original sender" find and access the document to resend it?  Where is it?  When I sign a document it disappears unless I send it via the Adobe email function.  If I want to send it again, I have to access it.  So, where does Adobe store it?  Or, can I designate a folder for signed docs?

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    Please get in touch with the document sender and check if he has added a password to the document.

    It might be a reason that you get the password prompt when opening the signed PDF.

     

    If that is not the case, upload the document to Acrobat Online and check if you can open it. 

    You may access the Acrobat online account using the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/. 

    Sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Under the Home tab, you will find the "upload a file" option at the top right corner just above the list of the documents.

    Last week, I signed a document via AdobeSign. After a few minutes, I received a message that the document was countersigned by the other party. I checked Adobe and dowloaded the fully executed document and saved it to my IMAC desktop with both signatures. Now, one week later, when I retrieved the saved document (after having a dispute with the other signer), the document has no signatures at all. How is that possible?
