Hello.
I have a document that I want to put in a widget. I've uploaded it, added some fields:
- name on first page
- name, signature, and date on last page
However, once I click 'save', the widget doesn't "see" the fields I added. instead it added its own "signature block" at the end.
How do I get it to see the fields I added?
Thank you!

Hello Jennifers38133590,
By default, an email field is required in Widget and if you have not added it, EchoSign will manually place Signature Block in it.

Thank you for your input. However, that doesn't address my question.
I have added some fields to my document (for example, their name on first and last pages) in addition to the signature block with email address. However, only the signature block is showing up in the widget. The widget isn't acknowledging that I've added the name on the first page, and name on the last page.
I'm wondering what's wrong that the name field isn't showing up as I've added it to the document.
Thank you!

I have the same problem, I added a date field, and a signature field, and the system puts one big one at the bottom of the page with name and email.
How can I fix this?
Thank you

Hello Jennifers38133590,
Did you place Signer name field from Signer Info tab in Widget? If yes, then the field is not shown until the signer has provided signature by typing name in Signature field in Widget which would automatically be fetched in Name field.
By default, the signer name field auto fetches the value from Signer's account and in case of widget, as signer is not fixed, it gets the value once the signer provide signature.

To make this easier, I'm going to actually show you what's happening...
You can see the exact widget I created here: Adobe Document Cloud Electronic Signature Service and Digital E-signature Solution — E-signature and...

I'm wondering if the video I posted helps at all and if you're able to tell why it's not working.
Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for sharing the video. I would recommend to copy the url for the Widget created and paste it in new tab or new window of browser and see if then it works or not.

Hi Rajil.
Thank you but unfortunately the issue remains. You can see the document here yourself:
The name field has been placed on the first page and last page yet it doesn't show up in the widget or at the URL.
What else might be happening that I can try?
I've tried Chrome and Safari with no luck.
