Workday adobe forms e-sign

We are using Adobe e-sign to sign documents in Workday. While the adobe document is open for signatures in the signers workday account, the document has a download button at the bottom of the page. Once you click on this button, the button opens up another tab with a blank URL but the form does not download.

Is there a way to download the form? Why does the download button takes to a blank URL?

Any insights will be much appreciated!
