Is anyone experiencing problems with sender input fields not populating? I've created 2 different workflows using templates. I have confirmed that the field names on the templates exactly match the field names for the workflow sender input fields. But, when I use the workflow, very few of the input fields are carrying over to the document.
I have read all of the instructions and watched the tutorials that I can find on workflows. So far, nothing has helped. Is there a work around or solution? Help!! 🙂

Hello. I had the same issue a few days ago doing a test. The instructions are that the "field names be the same." I tried that with the template and workflow and then with the original PDF form field names and the workflow. I did not continue this testing but ran into the same situation where the fields were blank and had to be entered later by the signers.

Thank you! I am waiting to hear back from our Adobe rep. I have tried all of the same things you have without any resolution. The main reason why we chose Adobe Sign was to have the ability to use those fields in the workflow.
I also hate that we are being charged a transaction every time I need to test to see if it is working. Are you aware of any area that I can use to test or veiw if it is working without it counting against the number of transactions we purchased?
