You are not authorized to send signatures: How do I log a support ticket?

We have multiple ipads we use for signing with echosign. Recently when I try to send a signature I get an error "You are not authorized to send signatures. api ActionID=4arz4j4e2569p5c" The last string of letters and numbers changes every time. When logging into the echo sign website it all looks good, the ipad has an access token assigned to. The same error occurs on two different ipads. The support number says to log into the site and click "get help", but when logged into the echosign site I don't see "get help" or anywhere to put in a support ticket. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Joel,

You can log a ticket by first logging into EchoSign account and click '?' on top right hand side and select Get Started. If you are not able to do so, just let me know.

Thanks for the reply, when I click the question mark it brings me to the main support page and at the bottom it says to Sign in to your paid account to receive assisted support. When I click Sign in it just brings me back to the echosign dashboard page.

Hi Joel,

I have sent you a private message to have your EchoSign email address to check the issue further. I would request you not to share the details in public forum.
