Aero Scene not loading when scanning QR Code or link

I've created a QR code or link to my file, but once I scan the code or open the link, the app opens but nothing loads. It just says it's preparing the scene. Anyone having this problem?

how big is the file? it looks like it taking so much time to load. I learned you must try to make your files smaller. Try to reduce the number of polygons on your 3d objects and use WEBp images instead PNG or JPG
