Aero won’t generate link

I've spent a good amount of time building a scene in Aero (desktop), and tested it earlier today with a link generated in the desktop app. I tried again later today when more was complete, but no links are being generated. I've created duplicates, logged out, logged in under personal profile then opened .real file, but nothing has worked. How can I generate a link again??

Same problem here, was working fine earlier today.

Looking at past forums with similar problems it looks to me to be a serverside problem fron adobe that happens every so often...

Same issue here!!! I'm glad I'm not alone, but geeeeez. 

I've also tried all the possible solutions and nothing has worked. You'll also see my file is TINY. 

 

I read how this happens repeatedly for Aero, and that – all of a sudden – things are fixed on Adobe's end and people's links start working. Mayber it's a server thing? We can only hope because I have a deadline of next week and a whole lot of work to finish.

Same problem. Same damn red box saying it can't create the link.

Same issue here, I have a deadline next week and my prototypes all ready but it's been 2 days since Aero hasnt been able to generate any link, even the link I created last week are unaccessible

Me too, even the QR code that was able to work before is not working anymore. Normally, how long we have to wait until this issue got fixed?

Hi everyone,

It seems that many users are experiencing the same issue, so I wanted to share an update.

 

In the Aero discussion channel on Discord, a member of the Adobe team mentioned that they are aware of the issue and currently investigating it.

Since there hasn’t been an official response here on the forum yet, I thought it would be helpful to post this information.

 

I’m also waiting for a resolution, and I’ll share any updates here as they become available.

Hoping for a quick fix for all of us.

same here, I have a submission due in 2 days. I had everything and now cant generate share links. Ive tried uninstalling. duplicating the file. Opening a .real file from my personal according, but nothing is working.

Same here. none of my links are working.

I talked to a technical associate on the phone last night. And they said that they were going to look into it. But they also said that they did not have anybody else call in about the app not working. Have you contacted them to make a official report? I feel like the more of us do it, the faster they will fix it..

I was told that the issue has been escalated to the engineers, which I guess means they're working on it. But I think if more people call and report it, it will be more urgent to them.+1 (408) 762-5661

It inconveniently went down the day fo my art exhibit opening!  Still doesn't work and hoping it does before the show closes...
