My Adobe Aero scene is not

When I preview my scene in Adobe Aero (Beta) on my PC (Windows 11) it works fine, but once I turn it into a QR code and scan it with my phone. I get this red error on my phone and the screen stays black, it doesnt show my target image. My estimated project size is 55.24 MB.

had same problem recently.  I created a new file of the same content and it worked fine.  but not sure that was really the solution!
