Object doesn't show

I'm working on Aero on a Mac. 

I inserted 2 buttons to show/hide different elements. Once i preview the scene it works on Mac. But when i try to click on the buttons on my mobile via the AR QR code, nothing happens when i click the buttons (accept for the button animation).

 

It'll make sense once you've watched the video's attatched to the question.

 

Anyone knows how to fix this?

    I am experiencing the same thing!! I created a low poly of a baseball cap with textures and tried inporting both OBJ and GLB files, and even a file that was prepaired for Aero through Adobe Dimension.  The objects show up fine and animate like anticipated but when viewing the experience live on an iPhone, only the native elements in Aero are visible, not the 3D cap.  Can someone from Adobe provide some insight?

      I'm also experiencing same situation. My Project works good in preview but not when we see on mobile via AR QR code. I tried creating in new file and also compressed my all files but still same issue
