can NOT restore file from "deleted" folder

my latest file is deleted by me with a foolish mistake, and I can NOT retore it back to "files" folder. Every time I press restore, it only shows "gf_mockup.xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0"
can you help to restore the file and let me download or sync with my local folder? please.

Please do something rapidly because I just loose one day of work with many MANY backup but all the backup
are automatically move to the cloud (without making a copy and deleting the local file on my computer).
After a bug of synchronisation, I had to delete the files from the cloud to make a new backup directly from my open adobe XD, but the backup to crashed and now I can not restore the cloud files for the same error namely:
could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0.

Please tell me rapidly how can I find my work saved !!
