Wacom Mapping doesn't recognize Ps Libraries as Ps. It treats it as its own program.
this is bad as I and others have dual monitor mapping for "all programs" and use "photoshop" with only one monitor mapping (for precision).
Work around is to set all mapping to only one monitor but that is subpar.
Please work together with Wacom to make a solution!

i have been able to replicate the problem on many computers with different versions of ps and wacoms.
