So, switching from our company DNS to Google DNS allowed us to view the content. Here's the issue: Umbrella logs don't show any blocking or filtering of Adobe. Somehow Adobe is detecting the DNS request action as an "interruption" even though Umbrella doesn't actually interrupt the session.
