When downloading a project it is always stuck in "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon

Hello! 

I have finished an Adobe Express project and am trying to download it to my computer. When I hit Download in the upper right-hand corner, the message attached pops up. 

 

This message has popped up for me ever since the new adobe express was pushed out -- so i know no one is "working on it". The same happens if i select "share" also at the top right. 

 

Im unsure which version of the adobe express app im running -- but its not the old one that worked. Im using a PC that is running Windows 10 (i think). I use adobe in Google Chrome version 122.0.6261.70(64-bit). Could the browser be the issue?

Hi there Amitej,

Thanks for your help! It seems like all is fine today - all seems downloadable and okay.
Not sure how. I did yesterday clear cache and restart my device and everything, but there was no effect from this.
Today all seems fine, although I did grant you access if needed 🙂

If you're on chrome, just reset permission and delete cookies, that's it and refresh the page.
