Im having the same problem. Tried switching browsers, clearing cache, restarting and incogneto mode none of wich worked.

I had this problem while I tried to download content from Adobe Express while using Safari. Switched over to Chrome and worked just fine. I'm sure there might be something on the back end that will fix this... but for now, I hope this helps.

Clearing the cache worked for me. although i have to keep doing it

Hello I am having the same issue. I thought it might have been the stock imagery I added to a document - deleted the stock images and it downloaded but ran into the same issue again on the same file. Whats causing this?

Same error here. Issue seems to be that websocket addresses (e.g. wss://livecreate-ew1.adobe.io) aren't accessible. Likely a filtering or firewall issue but not something that we can resolve as websockets are immutibly blocked.
