Adobe Express — Layers and Videodata were merged into one

Hello,

all of my layers and sequences in my Adobe Express file are now merged into one videolayer and i can’t  change anything.

It happended while I have tried to create a copy and then changing aspect ratio. It messed it up, merged it into one layer and stretched it to new aspect ratio. After that, not only my copy ist damaged, but my original file ist merged into one layer, too.

What can i do? Is there anykind of backup? Or ist that file — work of multiple and multiple hours — now lost?
