Brand Colors not showing in swatches

Hello 🙂
I'm not seeing our brand colors show up as a list or choices in the fill color for any type of object.
This was working Friday, but not now.

I have cleared cache, logged out, 4 different devices, 2 different adobe IDs

What has changed over the weekend?

This is drastically slowing us down for work today.

Hi @rick_0227, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

 

Can you confirm if the brand was shared with you or if you created it? What happens when you click on the Brand option in the left-hand panel? Do you see the brands you're looking for there? 

 

 

Also, would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the workflow for us to investigate this?

Its a brand I created.
I can see the Brand as you described, but its not showing up if you select an object and try to pick color per my screen shot. This is happening across multiple machines, even tried my other Adobe ID and same thing is happening with all of those brands as well.

I am having the same issue. I am hoping so much that it is a bug and NOT an incompotent update. 

 

I am here because I cannot find my saved colors which are the brand colors for the company that I work for. 

 

Please change this back to what it was, Adobe.

The same problem for me... All brand assests are in place, but when editing design, the app does not show the brand swatch and I need to enter color code manually.

Die eigens erstellten Farbpaletten zu bestimmten Themen (color themes) werden in der Anwendung Adobe Express nicht mehr in der Farbenpalette angezeigt. Die ganze Zeit funktionierte das immer problemlos. Seit diesem Wochenende nicht mehr!

This was fixed late afternoon yesterday, now its broken again.

Adobe please fix ASAP.

A lot of folks are losing valuable time dealing with this issue.

This is all very frustrating. I assume you guys rolled out something new again that we don't need last evening, which tripped this same problem again. Does your team test its products before it rolls them out or is this standard operating procedure? How long must my team wait today until this is fixed again? Growing very frustrated.

Yes, it works on my Windows 11/Microsoft Edge desktop. But what now is the difference between these two buttons on the menu it opens? I see no difference.Screenshot 2025-06-10 120021.png
