In addition to trying the steps suggested by @David__B, could anyone still running into this issue share the URL of one of their files (from the browser's address bar when the file is open)? Or send me a direct message with their adobe id (email used for login)?

The download button is showing up as a blank button (no text) and isn't clickable. I've tried accessing it on multiple browsers, but currently have no way of downloading my files.

I've enabled ALL COOKIES. Disabled ad-blockers and anti-virus, cleared cache and cookies and yet it still won't "finish" whatever it needs to in order to download the video via the "Download" button (the share button has the exact same message too) to download it.. Some free editor, if this is this bad why would I pay for the actual product? This is a joke.
