    Could you clarify what happened when you try to download it? Did you get an error, or were you blocked from downloading with a message like "We are working on your file...". If you got an error, could you please share the exact error message or a screenshot?

      Hello,

      When I try to download my MP4 files I keep getting an error. See attached. My coworkers are experiencing the same problem. Is there a fix for this?
