i can't see the videos that im downloading, just a black screen?

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Were you able to play the video before exporting the project? Did you use your video or Adobe stock videos? 

 Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work, Try removing each image/video one by one and re-adding them or try re-exporting the video to see how it goes.
