hello why can't I convert sound to video? Usually I often do this but since last week I can't. I've moved devices, networks, and audio. but still can't. Please help me. Thank You

Did you get it resolved or used something else? I need to finish my project for tomorrow and it keeps coming up with same message.

I see this as well on https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio.  I record audio, and then see INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.  Does this mean Adobe's servers are down?  Hard to believe.  Or is it a browser cache issue?
