"Internal Server Error" in Animate Characters

I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."

Hello, the same problem for me ... i try to use a sound.mp3 and doesnt work .. 
After 2 min to wait this message : Internal Server Error.
And nothing after that .. Please help me

I'm trying to use the Animate Your Voice feature but I keep getting a message that says "Internal Server Error" after I record and the video is being processed. Any ideas why this is happening?

What do you mean by having turned the feature off? Adobe Express still has this on:

Olha, eu consegui usando a minha voz mesmo, aí eu usei um programa de edição pra usar a voz gerada por IA. De qualquer forma é um pouco mais trabalhoso e espero que resolvam.

I am still getting this issue. What's the update on the resolution? If not resolved, then what's the ETA? I guess a company like Adobe can at least give an ETA for a fix.
