RECOMMENDED TEXT

Hi Abhi,

Please see attached. As soon as I click on the link and Express
automatically updates the text it crashes every single time. The only way
that I can get around this is by creating text outside of the app and
uploading it as separate media which is a hassle. The red text is what I
created outside the app and the black is the Express font. As you can see
everything has loaded except for the "Recommended font" which is why I know
that it is the issue. Every time I use the app it slows it down because the
recommended font needs to reload every single time I click on a new word. I
don't use it for this reason and I would prefer if there were an option to
just disable entirely.

Sorry to hear you are running into crashes. Could you please share more info:

 

• At what point does your page crash? When you view font recommendations, or when you click one of the recommendations?
• Could you include a screenshot of the error message. I'd like to check if it's the same as one we're already investigating (e.g. https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/error/idc-p/14220533#M7476)
