My ten minute video will not download. I have played in numerous times and it plays the whole way through. I have cleared the cache. I have signed out and back in. I have turned my computer off and back on. I have checked the internet. This is a joke. 1. I am losing money right now and 2. It is only a 10 minute video. Ridiculous.

I was able to go on to my phone and duplicate the video which then allowed me to download it on my computer.

Sorry to hear you ran into this issue. I am a little surprised that clearing the cache did not work, while duplicating did.

Also, did duplicating on the desktop itself not do the trick?


Is the original video still failing to download on the desktop? Could you try it in another browser, or an incognito window of your preferred browser?

Hi mate,

 

I was a bit stressed so I apologise for the dramatic complaint 😬 

 

It wouldn't duplicate on my PC for some reason, just my phone. I just went ahead with the duplicate, I haven't tried with the original again. 

 

The video I finished today downloaded fine, so seems like a one off.
