401 error

I recently had a co worker create an adobe express page for me and it worked great and I could share the link to everyone I wanted too. He no longer works for our company and doesn't have access to that account anymore. The link now shows a 401 error anytime I try to access it. Any way I can recover this link?

Hey @Brett,

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!

The sole solution for recovering the link is by republishing the web project. To do so, you must have access to the project itself. I suggest reaching out to your IT administrator and requesting them to restore your co-worker's account. Once the account is recovered, you can share the Adobe Express page project with your own account. Subsequently, you can create a duplicate from your account and publish the new version.

This represents the only available workaround in this situation.

Hope this helps!!

Best,

Amitej
