494 Error when trying to log in Adobe Express

Hello, when I try to log in Adobe Express, it tells me the following error message :

 

"494 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.

Bad request. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner."

 

I have tried to do anything... I tried to get help with the support team or log out of my adobe creative cloud to be able to re log in the Adobe Express but it doesn't work! I'm frusturated because I have a project in there that I have to send and I have a due date for next week. Can somebody help?

We are disappointed that you cannot log into Adobe Express.

It sounds like you've encountered a Run time error.

 

Kindly try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.

You may also try using a different browser or accessing it in incognito or private mode to see if that helps.

If the above steps don't help, you can also try resetting your browser.

 

Another option may be to restart your router and your PC and see if this resolves.
