Hi,

I recently received an email from a company admin (let's call them CUP) granting me access to Adobe Creative Cloud through their account. I’m currently with DDM, where we use a Teams Creative Cloud account. After accepting the email invitation, it mentioned the following:

*"We've successfully set up your profiles. When you sign in, you'll see a profile switcher that will allow you to select one of the following profiles:

  • Business Profile, which corresponds to your business plan and storage (such as Creative Cloud for teams, enterprise, education, Acrobat DC for teams or enterprise)
  • Personal Profile, which corresponds to your individual plan and storage (such as Creative Cloud plan for individuals or Acrobat DC). Your content is now available in the profile you selected during setup. If you choose to move your content to your business profile and there were files we weren’t able to move, you'll find them in your personal profile."*

Here’s what I need clarification on:

  • If DDM closes the Creative Cloud account I currently have with them, will I still be able to access my content, such as projects in Adobe Express and the Social Schedule, via my new CUP profile?
  • Will my creative work and projects be erased if DDM deactivates their account, or will they be transferred/safe in the new CUP profile?
  • Is there anything specific I need to do to ensure my existing projects are retained and accessible under CUP's Creative Cloud account?
