Adobe Animate Characters is not working using Audio

I am free user. I am using the free tool Animate characters. While uploading the audio, the loading screen keeps fixed.

We're sorry to hear about this. Can you share the screen recording of the issue? Also, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
