Adobe Express “AI Text To Image”feature

I used the "Text to Image" feature on Adobe Express. I want to use the photo I created for a profile picture for a YouTube channel. Is that okay to do that? To create a photo for a channel? Please let me know. I made a photo already but I don't want to use it until I know I can. Here is the photo I was thinking of.
