Adobe Express crashing

Why does Adobe Express continually crash my web browsers? Near as I can tell, everything is up to date but Express loves to crash, usually when trying to edit text.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly does the app crash? Do you get any error messages?  Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try using the incognito mode to see if that works.

Hi Tarun,

I do not get an error message. When using Adobe Express, oftentimes I will be working on formatting a document and it shuts down all my web browsers. I have used chrome and edge and have the same issue. I have not used safari as I am not using a iOS based system.

Thanks for your response. Is it happening with all the projects or with some specific ones? Are you on VPN? Did you try to disable the firewall and see if this is happening again? Please ensure your browsers are updated to the latest version.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem, is there a solve? I've tried using the app and browser (chrome). It happens with both, seems expecially when cutting text. got an error messge with the code UUID: 732976cd-e211-4aef-a737-8eb4186b2b59

 

It's quite bothersome, almost not able to continue working.

 

 

 

I've tried clearing cache etc, no result.
