My name is Will and I need some help. I was trying to upload a font to my Adobe Express. I do what I usually do, I upload it on my computer, then it shows up in my fonts. Well nothing happened, I turn off my phone, nothing so I uninstall the app and reinstall it, all the fonts that I currently use for projects are gone! How do I get them back?
Hello Will, I'll try and help you. It sounds like you are want to use a font uploaded to your computer in the Adobe Express mobile app. Am I right?
At the moment there is no syncing between the desktop version of Adobe Express and the mobile app since the introduction of the new desktop version in August. If you are using Adobe Fonts then it should be possible to use the Adobe Fonts website (https://fonts.adobe.com/) to activate any fonts you want and this should make them available in the mobile app. However, uploading custom font via desktop will not work in the mobile app.
