Adobe Express Download

It's been over an hour, and I still haven't been able to download the animated video I created using Express.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi! It never downloaded on the desktop, but I finally got it to download on my phone. Thank you.

Can you also try again once from the desktop device and confirm whether the file gets downloaded? Try other files to see if this issue is file-specific. You may also want to check on a different browser. Please share the observations with us.
