Hello. Over the last few days, when I try to open Adobe Express in my mobile phone (Android) I'm getting the error "We're having a problem connecting" and ask to check the internet connection. The internet connection is active, I can open other Adobe apps (I am posting from my mobile phone).
I already:
1. Cleared the cache and data, then resrarted the phone.
2. Uninstalled the application and reinstalled it.
3. Uninstalled the application, restarted the phone, installed the application.
However, I keep getting the same error.
My cellphone has the latest Android version.
Appreciate your help to fix this problem.
