Adobe express not running from desktop, browser not finding server

It's been a few days since I can't open express from the desktop, if you see my projects that I do from the ipad but when I try to open them Safari says that the express.adobe server cannot be found

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with opening Adobe Express on  Safari.

We are able to open and use Express on Safari. In order to help you, can you tell us the Safari version you're using? Did you try to restart your laptop and use Safari again? Can you try with a different browser and/or device if possible? Can you send a screenshot or a screen-record so we can see what you're experiencing?

Thanks for answering Winnie.
I use safari 16.4 and I have the problem with my mac mini M1 chip.
I am attaching a screenshot of the message that appears to me, this problem has been going on for several weeks

Thank you for your patience. We are sorry for not replying sooner.

 

Have you tried to use another browser such as Chrome? Do you see any differences Please check your Internet connection before logging in and clear your caches/cookies.
Did you check the macOS version of your device? An update may be available. You may also need to deinstall or deactivate the Safari extensions.
