My active Adobe Express project will go blank, i.e. all assests on page disappear, in the middle of working on it. It's basically a soft crash of the program. I can still select the asset boxes on the page and move them around but all of the elements are invisible so I'm left moving asset boxes around a blank screen. Only fix I've found is to exit the project, but sometimes that doesn't work and I have to completely restart Adobe Express. Any tips on how to avoid this? It's extremely disruptive to workflow.

Hi @Rion
Welcome to the Adobe Express community!
Could you please let us know which platform you are working on (Android/iOS or Webapp)? Also, let us know if it's a mobile/tablet or a Chromebook.
In case you're working on a browser on a desktop, I recommend you try working after cleaning the cache/cookies of the browser. You can also try working on the private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.
Let us know about your observations!
Best,
Amitej

Same here. I'm using Microsoft Edge: Version 111.0.1661.41 (Official build) (64-bit) on a PC. Happens daily while working on projects - the screen goes blank for some reason, and the only resolution is to either close it out, or shut down the browser and restart (same as Rion's situation above). Attached is a screenshot. Started happening for me a couple weeks ago.

Same issue with Chrome and MS Edge browsers on PC running Windows 11. Oddly, my Mac (personal laptop) works perfectly on Safari. Unfortunately, I need this to run on my work PC.
Any solution to the project blanking out?

Sorry to hear of your troubles. I've also seen some uncommon cases where the security software was the cause. As @Amitej S mentioned clearing the browser cache and cookies on the PC and testing in incognito mode would be some good troubleshooting steps to try.
Here is a support article in case it is helpful.

Perhaps related I've found the FF has protections inbuild and it's stopping various tracking requests. Such as https://js-agent.newrelic.com/nr-spa-1212.min.js If this fails to load, then the project will fail to load and all I see is a blank project.
Need to either use incognito mode in Chrome of turn off protections from tracking in FF.

I am having this same issue. Such a bummer. I really don't want to go back to Canva, but this is a pretty big time suck.

Hi Rion22982451h2r6,
We are sorry for your difficulties. Please try other recommended browsers ( Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) and let me know if this helps. You could try clearing the browser's cache/cookies and access the application. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error for further investigation?
We are here to help you.
Thank you,
Neelam
