Adobe Express Save to PDF file issue

Hi , I created a poster by Express 1st time today.

I noticed a heavy issue its about chinese font when we saved to PDF files.

 

When u save to PNG/JPEG 

all good ! 

 

But when you saved to PDF , Chinese fonts will just become "MESSING CODE ( NO GLYPH )"

 

You can see attached file,

Left side its PNG/JPEG

Right side its PDF 😧 

 

Only chinese word have this issue >_<

    Sorry for the trouble. We have checked the same thing at our end. We got to know from the concerned team that this is an outage. We are keeping a close watch, though. As soon as it is resolved, we will share the update. Thank you for being so patient.

      Hello, 

      I also encountered the same problem, exporting pdf files, the Chinese text will become square, this problem is still not solved, I am a paid subscriber, I hope you solve this problem quickly.
