Adobe Express Schedule Error When Posting to Instagram

New Here ,
Sep 06, 2022 Sep 06, 2022

Originally upon using the built in scheduler I had no options posting to Instagram. However, with changing anything on my end, all of a sudden I am now receiving a variety of errors with most every Instagram attempt. All my other channels are posting properly but I have been having to post to our business Instagram account manually for months. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times already.  I worked properly for about a week and now I'm back to errors.

Is anyone else having Instagram with Scheduler problems? Who do I contact to find a solution to this?

Hi @alexm57296433

Thanks for reporting this issue. This should not happen as we can reproduce the same, and it works for us. Have you tried any other browser or a different device to check if that works? Would you mind sharing what error messages you get? Is it possible for you to provide the URL link to the post that has an issue? With further information provided, this can then be looked into. You can also refer to this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/jp/express/using/troubleshooting-instagram-connection-issues-in-scheduler.ht... and check if that helps. Please check and write us back with any observations.

Thanks

Manmeet

I am having similar issues. Randomly for either Instagram stories or reels, scheduler will fail.  I am given a Post failed message and prompted to reconnect.  Even after reconnecting it will still fail.

Oddly sometime the reel or story will appear on Instagram anything up to 30 mintues later and then Express scheduler will say "Published"

But as I retried so many times to publish a single post, I ended up with 5 of the same thing being published.  This only happens on video reel and stories on my instragram business account.  Image based posts are fine.

UPDATE - This is now also happening with X (Twitter). Error message:

Post failed
Unfortunately, your X (Twitter) post failed. Please retry publishing your post, or refresh your X (Twitter) connection before retrying.
Refresh X (Twitter) token

Again this is for video.  Images are all fine.
