Hi!
When I create a video using multiple scenes a white flash appears at the beginning of each scene. I tried to add a transition, but it is still there. You can see that only after the download.
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks
One other thing to check - and I had this problem myself - Increase the zoom view of the timeline to its highest and scroll along your video, You might notice blank frames at the beginning or end of each scene and that's what causes the flashing.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing to help you further? Is it happening with all the videos or with some specific ones? Also, have you tried checking on other browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
We're here to help, just need some info.
Regards,
Tarun

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Changing the browser does not fix it for me. Where can I send the video to receive some help with it? Thanks

I have the same problem, but I can't get the "empty" part removed and it causes a flash. I have made a video of several different clips as well as trying to adjust these clips, but the problem is not fixed. Thanks if anyone can help! An annoying bug, and if I can't fix it, I'll switch apps.

Why can't you remove the "empty" part? Does something prevent editing the video?

Hey and thanks for your reply!
An empty point comes to the end of the video itself. It doesn't help if you take away animations, cross-dives, or anything else. I've tried to cut the video shorter, but it makes a new "empty" point at the end of the video. I don't understand why and have tried many different videos and browsers. So if I want to delete an empty point, it will delete the entire video. I also tried to change the background color to black, white and transparent. This does not help the problem.

I am having the same issue. Even if I shave off a little at the beginning and end of each clip, there is still a white flash in between clips. I find it really annoying as well.

Thank you for the message and it's a relief to hear that I'm not alone in this problem. I have exactly the same problem as you and I tried to fix it today without success. I hope we get help for the problem soon. Until then, I'll do my videos elsewhere..

I'm having the same issue, i've noticed that each time I edit and save the video the flicker seems to be in different locations inbetween 'scenes' - it's really frustrating!

I have the same problem, now the white flashes appear even in the middle of a clip. The flackering error is not visible in the preview, only once the video is exported and there arent any blank frames in the video.
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks

Adobe will you fix the problem for us?

Asking the same question, a little appalled by the lack of appropriate fix.
Spent ages on slideshow and now I cannot it screen it for certain people because the constant flickering can bring on a seizure!!! I have done everything recommended and cannot see these white screens to remove them. Can't fade out my music, no options except import. Feeling this is a rubbish app. Canva, even Powerpoint does a better job than this. Premium client - do better Adobe.

I am having the same issue. I am going to try and go in capcut and fix it. If Adobe could fix this issue that would be great

Same error here. White flashes between scenes, only when exportet. There are no empty frames in the preview, if when zooming.
